I'm constantly on the lookout for new ideas and inspirations that can help me live an even better, happier life than I do already. I'm passionate about natural health and immunity, breastfeeding, normalising the birthing process and about helping myself and others lead happier, more fulfilling lives. I am parent to eight year old Ella, and I share her care 50/50 with my ex. My husband, J, and I have baby Alicia (pronounced Aliss-eeyuh) or 'Lissy', born in June 2010
